What type of files can I upload?
We accept SVG, JPEG, PDF & PNG Files.
Can I preview my mug before printing?
Yes, just place a note in the checkout that you wish to see a preview before the mug has been printed.
How long does it take?
We aim to print your mug on the same day your order is received, providing this is within our normal working hours. Postage is available on a 24 or 48 hour service, with free local delivery.
Do you offer bulk orders?
Yes, for a quote for a bulk order, please email us at orders@niplatecompany.co.uk. Provide us with your order quantity and our team will supply you with a quote. ** Bulk orders begin at 10+**
What if my image quality is low?
We will endevour to enhance your image quality as much as possible before producing your plate. If this is not possible, one of our team will reach out.
